Quality Coordinator – Sperry Drilling Division - PT Halliburton Indonesia
Under broad direction, provides service quality support for service
excellence and customer satisfaction by providing a focus on service
quality and Non-Productive Time (NPT) elimination.
General duties include the evaluation, reporting and customer
close-out of all NPT and poor Service Quality (SQ) events as well as
guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work.
Reviews performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
Ensure that all NPT events are evaluated and closed out for corrective actions.
Participates with customer feedback on failure analysis reports.
Promotes the use of the Halliburton Management System (HMS).
Promotes and encourages safety and service quality.
Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process.

Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
At least 2 years working experience in the related field. Oil&
Gas or Mining industry experience is preferred however other industry
experience such as Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical is also welcome.
Excellent knowledge and experience in Quality Management System,
specifically ISO9001 related standards. Certification in any of the
standards is a plus
Good communication skill, expected to be engaged with employees in
public training sessions, one-on-one auditing and corrective action
